Year 9 students at Sir Geoffrey Leigh Academy follow either the English Baccalaureate (EBacc) or LeighBacc programmes during their KS4 studies as part of our academy motto of ‘Opening Minds to Success’ is at the heart of this process and has the end goal of ensuring that all students are equipped with the knowledge, skills and confidence to move on to the next stage beyond GCSEs.
