Re: End of Module 2
Please find below important dates and information for the end of Module 2:
Module 2 will end on Friday 19th December at 12:30pm for students. The academy will reopen to students on Tuesday 6th January 2026, with the usual line-up at 8:20am. Please note that Monday 5th January 2026 is a staff training day and students are not required to attend on this day.
We continue to expect 100% attendance and punctuality from all students through to the end of term. This includes full commitment to learning, positive behaviour and engagement in academy life.
Christmas Lunch – Wednesday 17th December: A reminder that our annual Christmas lunch will take place on Wednesday 17th December. On this day, Christmas dinner will be the only option available in the restaurant at lunchtime:
● £4.05 for a full meal
● £2.50 without dessert
Alternative food options will be available from the Snack Shack, and students may also purchase food from the restaurant at breaktime.
Students are encouraged to wear a festive Christmas jumper or accessories on this day in exchange for a voluntary donation to the SGLA Save the Children charity page: link. All proceeds raised will go directly to Save the Children.
